This STARTER SET includes one light string with 200 mini-bulb LED Cosmic Lights®, transformer and foot pedal to control light actions. These energy-efficient, long lasting LED bulbs feature 10 functions which operate by pressing the foot pedal: steady warm white; twinkle warm white; steady multicolor; twinkle multicolor; steady pastel; fading warm white to multicolor; random fading; fading warm white; fading multicolor; flashing warm white to multicolor. Use this string set to add lights to trees, wreaths and garlands or to decorate any other indoor or outdoor area with a colorful glow.
